Terms & Conditions: HS Senior Ambassador Program

1. The session fee of $290 is required prior to the Planning Session and is non-refundable.
2. The Photoshoot Experience includes:
   • 1 Hour Photo Session planning consultation.
   • Professional Hair styling and Makeup for the session.
   • 2-3 Hour Photo Session.
   • Unlimited wardrobe changes.
   • 1 Hour Viewing and selection session.
   • Inclusion in our Seniors Limited Edition Magazine.
3. To qualify as an HS Senior Ambassador and receive the $500+ Credit towards your Portrait Package, participants must:
   • Sign up
   • Book a Photo session and pay the Session Fee of $290 in full.
   • Tag us and 3 other HS Senior friends on social media.
   • Allow us to use their images for promotional purposes. Signed Model Release is Required. If under 18 years old, Parent/guardian must sign.
   • By participating, you agree to allow G. Oxford Portraits to use your images and testimonial for marketing purposes.
   • Beyond $500 in credit, you can earn more credits if your friends book too! $50 credit per friend (per session) that follows through.
4. The $500+ Credit can be applied towards the purchase of a premium portrait package during the Viewing and selection session. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. All bookings are subject to availability, with limited spots available in September and October.
6. By participating, you agree to allow G. Oxford Portraits to use your images and testimonial for marketing purposes.
7. The HS Senior Magazine by G. Oxford Portraits will feature select participants’ highlights, achievements, and memories.
8. G. Oxford Portraits reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
